Checklist

Digital Product Records To Gather

Keep one row per listing or product family. Add dates and source URLs so the review can be repeated without guessing later.

Listing scope

Listing URL, digital file type, buyer countries offered, whether the item is still active, and whether it is bundled with any physical component.

Status questions

Whether the shop is marked as trader or private individual, whether legal advice is needed, and whether the seller has reviewed Etsy's current GPSR help page.

Safety notes

Any product safety wording, usage limitation, age suitability note, printable-material warning, or category-specific caveat that may need review.

Source trail

The Etsy Help URL, EU product safety source, source title, date checked, reviewer, and whether the source changed since the previous review.

Country availability

Whether the listing remains available to EEA states and Northern Ireland, or whether the seller plans to use Etsy's GPSR-country opt-out setting.

Action status

Keep a status such as ready to review, needs source check, needs legal advice, listing updated, paused for EEA sales, or no action after review.
