Etsy GPSR workflow
Etsy GPSR economic operator checklist.
Use this checklist to organize economic operator and manufacturer records before updating Etsy fields or deciding which listings need more review.
Checklist
Economic Operator Records To Gather
Keep one row per product, listing, SKU, or product family. Put source URLs and review dates beside each field so later edits are based on records, not memory.
Record whether the product is offered into the EEA or Northern Ireland, and whether the seller still needs qualified advice on trader/private status.
Name, postal address, contact information, operator type, product scope, and the date those details were checked.
Manufacturer name, contact source, product line, and whether the manufacturer and operator are different parties.
Listing URL, SKU, product category, EU/EEA sales status, and the Etsy field or account area that needs an update.
Unknown contact details, unclear product scope, warnings still needed, source pages to recheck, and listings to pause until records are stronger.
Source URL, source title, last checked date, reviewer, update status, next review date, and notes for any legal or platform follow-up.
Paid shortcut
Turn the checklist into a reusable catalog tracker.
The Etsy GPSR Seller Organizer pack gives sellers spreadsheet-style tabs for product safety records, source links, review status, and buyer-file notes. It is still a workflow aid, not legal advice or compliance certification.
Use the free CSV for a quick pass. Use the paid organizer if this checklist reveals more than a few messy listings.
