Etsy GPSR product safety file checklist.
Use this page to organize the records you may need before updating Etsy GPSR fields: product identity, manufacturer details, economic operator notes, warnings, source links, and review dates.
Checklist
Product Safety File Records To Gather
Use one row per product, SKU, listing, or product family depending on how your catalog is structured. Keep source URLs and dates beside each claim so future updates are not based on memory.
Listing URL, SKU, product type, platform status, EU/EEA availability, and whether the product is physical or digital.
Name, postal address, electronic contact, product line, source URL, and missing-info notes.
EU-based economic operator or responsible-person details where applicable, plus the source used to verify them.
Warnings, age limits, material notes, instructions, label/manual notes, language needs, and product-specific exceptions to check.
Fields updated, listings paused for EU/EEA sales, products waiting on records, and items needing qualified advice.
Last checked date, source links, reviewer, unresolved questions, and next review date.

Need this as a fuller spreadsheet pack?
The paid Etsy organizer gives sellers a ready-to-use structure for product safety records, source tracking, review status, and buyer-file verification notes. It is still a workflow aid, not legal advice or compliance certification.
Use the free CSV first if you only need a quick tracker. Use the paid pack if the checklist exposes a messy catalog.
