Etsy GPSR responsible person checklist.
Use this worksheet to organize responsible-person or economic-operator records before updating Etsy fields, pausing listings, or escalating a product for qualified review.
Checklist
Responsible Person Records To Gather
Keep one row per product, product family, or listing group. Use source URLs and dates so the review can be repeated without guessing later.
Listing URL, SKU, product family, product type, EU/EEA availability, and whether the same operator details apply to multiple listings.
Manufacturer name, postal address, electronic contact, source URL, product-line match, and missing-info notes.
Economic operator or responsible-person name, contact details, role type, product scope, and the source used to verify each field.
Record whether the seller has a reliable basis for using the details, whether permission is needed, and whether qualified advice is required.
Etsy field to update, listing status, country availability decision, products waiting on records, and items to pause from EU/EEA sales.
Source title, source URL, date checked, reviewer, unresolved questions, next review date, and any product-category exceptions to verify.
Paid shortcut
Turn the review into a reusable listing tracker.
The Etsy GPSR Seller Organizer pack gives sellers spreadsheet tabs for product records, operator notes, source checks, platform status, and review dates. It is still a workflow aid, not legal advice or compliance certification.
Use the free CSV for a quick pass. Use the paid organizer if responsible-person records are scattered across emails, supplier pages, and listing notes.
